Please put the following items in your cart and blend curiously:
Mushrooms, truffles, frisee, almonds, chocolate, nutmeg, cinnamon, cardamom, peas, lavender, vanilla, olive oil, mollusks, asparagus, artichokes, anchovies and other small high omega 3 fishies. Also a little lamb and or chicken if you like.
Keep it light for most meals that you plan on wooing your intended with, heavy food and heavy sauce will make you sleepy, sluggish and not agile enough for the loveolympics.
